CREAMY YOGHURT PORRIDGE

(AS A BREAKFAST)
Tip 200ml water into a small non-stick saucepan. Stir in 3 Tbsp Cook, stirring, over low heat until the mixture thickens and oats are tender. (To make in a microwave, use a deep container to prevent spillage (such as Jalna Fat Free Natural Yoghourt). Serve with one of the following toppings.
