Serve these moreish mixed nuts as a snack – no starter needed!

Serves 6 – 8

Preparation time 15 minutes

Cooking time 45 minutes to 1 hour

YOU NEED

• 2 cups (300 g) mixed nuts (any combination of cashews, almonds, pecans and Brazil nuts – we also added hazelnuts and macadamias)• 4 teaspoons (20 ml) Worcestershire sauce• ¼ cup (60 ml) grapeseed or coconut oil• 2 teaspoons (10 ml) garlic powder (try Woolies or any good spice shop)• 2 teaspoons (10 ml) onion powder (try Woolies or any good spice shop)• 1 teaspoon (5 ml) chilli powder• 3 – 4 teaspoons (15 ml – 20 ml)• 1 teaspoon (5 ml) freshly ground black pepper• ¼ cup (60 ml) finely chopped rosemary
