Almost all fish tastes good pickled. And it keeps for at least a week in the fridge.
You will need
(serves 6)
1 tablespoon Cape Malay curry powder1 kg fish fillets (we used dorado, but yellowtail or hake will also work well)4 tablespoons olive oil
