The St. Regis Hong Kong has officially opened its doors, unveiling an enchanting space designed by André Fu, whose vision was to blend architecture, creativity and cultural diversity in one place.

The latter comes with a wine and cheese room and is helmed by award-winning French chef Olivier Elzer, who has led many restaurants like Seasons by Oliver E and the acclaimed L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon Hong Kong to attain the much coveted experience to an exquisite level. Be sure to order the Deep-fried Diced Wagyu Beef Puff accompanied with black pepper sauce, and the Steamed Lobster Dumpling topped with edible gold flakes.
