CINNAMON AND WALNUT PORRIDGE
Serves 1
This nutty, warming porridge is beneficial for digestion.
■ Oats 40g, rolled
■ Almond milk 200ml
■ Cinnamon ½tsp, ground
■ Walnuts 20g, chopped
■ Pomegranate ¼, fresh, seeds
1 Mix oats with almond milk in a saucepan. Simmer for 5-10 mins.
Sprinkle with (or stir in) the cinnamon.
