MARRYING into the royal family isn’t about a simple union in the traditional sense at all. It comes with an enormous rule book and an overwhelming amount of responsibility. Kate Middleton, however, seems to have transitioned into her new life effortlessly without losing touch of her past one. How did she do it?

One thing that’s helped is that the have always been close. They ate dinner together every night and , and would always help set the table. They also enjoyed the odd hike and picnic and always enjoyed taking a vacation together. And though, at just nine years old, asked her parents if she could go to boarding school at St Andrew’s Prep, moved there as well not long after, and the sisters were inseparable.
