CITRUS SMOOTHIES
Serves 2 EASY 10 mins
WHAT YOU NEED
2 bananas, peeled, sliced and frozen 2 ruby grapefruit, peeled and white centre core removed zest of 1 orange
2 oranges, peeled and white centre core removed
170g frozen mango chunks
125ml (½ cup) coconut milk
2 tbsp honey/maple syrup
½ tsp vanilla extract
80g crushed ice toasted coconut flakes, to garnish
HOW TO DO IT
1 Place all the ingredients, except the crushed ice and coconut flakes, in a blender. Blitz until smooth.
2 Add the ice and blend until frothy. 3 Pour the smoothie mixture into 2 tumblers and scatter with the toasted coconut flakes. Serve immediately.
