CREAMY PENNE WITH PORK SAUSAGES AND PEAS

 pork sausages, penne pasta, cream and frozen peas

Serves 4 EASY 50 mins

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Place in a baking dish. Drizzle with and place in the preheated oven in salted boiling water according to packaging instructions or until al dente. Drain and set aside until needed. Heat in a large saucepan over medium heat until warm. Ensure the cream does not boil. While the cream is heating, slice the sausages into discs.
