HOW DID 2019 STACK UP FOR YOU IN TERMS OF HEALTH AND FITNESS?
I had to get a bit serious about my fitness at the start of last year (which is very out of character for me) in order to prepare for my trek through the mountains in Vietnam. I don’t really consider myself a fitness person, but on that trip I realised that if you stop overthinking, you can achieve a lot.
