GREEK SALAD

PREP TIME 15 mins SERVES 4

Cut 4 ripe into wedges and combine in a large bowl with 1 coarsely chopped , ¼ of a thinly and ⅓ cup pitted , halved. Coarsely crumble over 150g and toss gently to combine. Sprinkle with ½ teaspoon . Combine ¼ cup and 1 tablespoon , season with and and shake well. Drizzle dressing over salad and serve with fresh , if desired.
