1 Asparagus & Fennel Salad
PREP + COOK TIME 1 HOUR SERVES 4
Bring 1 cup dried to the boil; simmer, covered, for 45 minutes or until tender. Drain. Spray 12 and a finely sliced with oil; cook on a barbecue grill plate for 3 minutes or until brown and tender. Combine, 1 cup leaves, ½ cup toasted , ¼ cup finely chopped and ½ cup sliced . Drizzle with ¼ cup and 1 tablespoon . Season with pepper.
