First of all, I should explain why I’m making minted lamb burgers and not the chicken kebab I promised last month. The reason is I’m practicing and refining my burger recipes as Editor Paul has entered me into a BBQ burger cook-off competition at the upcoming Great Wonderfest event on the Isle of Wight.
