When cutting up autumn’s stored pumpkins for soup or roasting, and you’ve saved some seeds for spring planting, prepare some more seeds for eating – did you know they make a tasty snack? Soak seeds and attached pumpkin flesh in a bowl of water for an hour or so, to loosen the flesh.
