120g whole raw almonds
120g raw cashews, pecans or walnuts
40g unsweetened cranberries, roughly chopped
10g sunflower seeds
2 tbsp chia seeds
25g cacao nibs
2 tbsp raw buckwheat
½ tsp Himalayan salt
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
60ml fibre syrup (see tip)

Preheat oven to 160oC. Line a slice
