SALTED PISTACHIO TAHINI FREEZER FUDGE

This sweet and salty no-bake freezer fudge tastes like cookie dough and makes for the yummiest summer treat. With vegan chocolate chips, pistachios for a salty crunch, hints of vanilla and sea salt flakes, the flavour is unique and satisfying. The meltaway texture is everything you want a rich fudge to be!

Makes 12 squares

Tahini 250ml
Coconut oil 60ml, melted
Maple syrup 1tbsp
Liquid stevia 1-2 dropperfuls (or 1 more tbsp of maple syrup)
Vanilla extract 1tsp
Sea salt ¼ tsp, plus more for sprinkling on top
Vegan chocolate chips 3 tbsp
Pistachios 3 tbsp
