Most people count down the days until retirement, but for former Australia Telstra Business Woman of the Year Wendy Watson-Ekstein, the decision was more sudden.
“My husband and I were on holiday in Vermont and I had every intention of going back to work, which I loved,” she tells. “Then one night, I had a nightmare – you know those ones that are so vivid, you swear it’s real life – that I was going to miss deadlines and everyone was furious at me.
