When choosing the entrée options for your reception, consider possible dietary restrictions. For a buffet, include allergenfree options, like dishes with no nuts, or allow your guests to garnish their own plates. For instance, if you’re having a sundae bar, offer plenty of gluten-free toppings like M&Ms and Haribo gummies.
