This is the reason I started Stress Free Modern Bride - because I wish I had had this resource when I was planning my own wedding!After years of watching friends and co-workers deal with the stress of planning a wedding, I realized there was a massive challenge that brides-to-be are facing: Women who tried to "put on a happy face" while planning their wedding, without seeking support, tools or techniques to manage the inevitable stress that adding wedding planning to an already packed schedule creates, ended up confused, overwhelmed and joyless about the wedding planning process and ultimately we're really able to fully enjoy the "Bride Experience".It’s not right.Since my own wedding planning experience, I've learned about numerous tools and techniques that are easy to implement but make a real difference when it comes to managing stress and improving mood.
