Q I’m having professionals do hair and makeup for my bridesmaids on my wedding day. Should I pay for the services or should my bridesmaids?

It depends on the situation. If the girls are the ones requesting professional help for the morning of, they should be expected to foot the bill. But if the bride wants the members of her bridal party to have their hair and makeup done professionally, it’s a very thoughtful gesture for her to offer to pay for these services. If you can’t afford it or if having all the bridesmaid makeup done isn’t that important to you, just trust everyone to primp on their own. Your bridesmaids will look great; plus, all the attention will be mostly on you
