Harissa Lamb Meatballs with Herbed Tahini Yoghurt

Serves 10-12, Prep and Cook: 45 mins

1kg lamb mince
2 tblsps harissa paste (See Tip)
2 egg yolks
²/³ cup packaged dried breadcrumbs
2 onions, coarsely grated
Cooking oil spray
2 tblsps olive oil
Warm pita bread wedges, to serve

1 cup fresh parsley leaves½ cup fresh mint leaves½ cup fresh coriander leaves1¼ cups2 tblsps hulled tahini2 tblsps lemon juice2 tsps honey
