Harissa Lamb Meatballs with Herbed Tahini Yoghurt

1kg lamb mince
2 tblsps harissa paste (See Tip)
2 egg yolks
²/³ cup packaged dried breadcrumbs
2 onions, coarsely grated
Cooking oil spray
2 tblsps olive oil
Warm pita bread wedges, to serve
