IN THE GARDEN WITH SARAH RAVEN

I want to grow food that’s not just tasty, but particularly healthy too – and I want flowers to harvest for filling rooms with scent, colour and uplifting blowsyness. That’s the main role of the garden here, to enhance our lives and bring the outside in. If you don’t have a garden, I’d still passionately urge you to do a bit of growing in pots or window-boxes, wherever you can fit them. It’s a hugely rewarding and grounding thing to do and it’s scientifically proven – gardening is good for you.
