Karen and Steve Jossel always dreamt of having their own sustainable vegetable garden. When they swapped the ever-expanding Bantry Bay in Cape Town for the small Overberg town of Greyton in 2015, they finally had the luxury of space to realise this dream. While quite content with the established country garden that came with the house they’d bought, it was when they purchased the neglected plot next door that their vegetable garden could really take shape.
