Chicken pasta with olives

This tasty, satisfying dish is easy to make, and sure to be a hit with olive lovers everywhere!

Serves four

Olive oil, for cooking2 onions, chopped5ml (1 tsp) fresh garlic, chopped2,5ml (½ tsp) dried basil4 chicken breasts, cut into blocks1 red chilli, depipped and finelySalt and pepper16 Kalamata olives, choppedA handful of fresh basil, roughly chopped15ml (1 Tbsp) olive oil15ml (1 Tbsp) white balsamic vinegar500g penne pasta
