THE VENUE: Tudor World, Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwickshire
THE HAUNTING: This glorious building dates back to the 11th century and now houses the only museum in the country dedicated solely to the Tudors. It’s accessed by the only remaining cobbled street in Stratford-upon-Avon and each room inside depicts a different part of Tudor life, featuring stories of the Black Death, the life of Shakespeare, and of William Shrieve, after whom the building is named. It’s also said to be one of the most haunted buildings in the UK. A ghostly child and a cloaked red-eyed figure are regularly spotted on the upper floors. This should come as no surprise
