Duck Breasts with Sliced Cherry Brandy Sauce

2 x 380g Luv-a-Duck Fresh Duck Breasts
Salt & pepper
Cherry Sauce
400g tin black cherries in juice
3 tbsp brandy
1 tbsp sugar
½ tsp festive spice (or pinch each cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice & cloves)
2 tsp arrowroot
1 tbsp water
To Serve
Steamed green beansFlaked almondsFresh cherries, for garnishRoasted baby potatoes
