If you live in a diverse neighborhood anywhere in America, it is likely you know someone who is here illegally.
In Illinois, the chances are very high. Our state, along with California, Texas, Florida, New York and New Jersey, accounts for 57% of the 10.5 million people living illegally in the United States, according to the Pew Research Center.
