Massage 101

As a sports massage therapist, my job is quite harsh on my body. And as with almost every other person, trying to find the time and energy in my day to look after my body is difficult. So I’ve made it a priority to find quick and easy ways to maintain muscles at home, not only for myself, but for my clients too.

These at-home techniques have taken me from needing my own treatments once a week, to once a month, and even every second month.
