    Kevin Hart is out as Oscars host. And there are plenty of worthy replacements

    This week began without a host for the 91st Academy Awards, and now it appears to be ending the same way.

    On Tuesday, Kevin Hart announced via Instagram that he would be hosting the 2019 ceremony, promising, "I will be sure to make this years Oscars a special one."
