Good Enough to Steal

Marijke Greenway is an artist with three nationalities – but she paints with only one colourful brush.

Born and raised in Holland, she subsequently lived in South Africa for 35 years before finally settling in Australia. She is the product of many cultures and a colourful past.

“Mainly a self-taught painter, I draw on books for new inspiration and techniques; and study the great works of the past as well as my contemporaries for clues as to the ‘wow’ factor,” she explains.
