GAZA CITY - In the Gaza Strip's impoverished refugee camps, the United Nations' blue-and-white flag is ubiquitous, fluttering over schools, clinics and food distribution centers.
It is in these teeming streets and alleys that President Donald Trump's threat to block millions of dollars in funding for Palestinians probably would be felt the most.
