About this series

Zek Stone had finally been exonerated from the lies of his step-brother, after 40 years of endless hell and purgatory, and needed a real vacation. Unfortunately, something went wrong, once again, with his plans, and under more pressure from persecution and rejection, he accidentally morphed out, again. This time it was like nothing he had ever experienced before.

Zek Stone had just won a court-case against his step-brother for character defamation and he felt he had finally deserved to take some time off for a vacation. But a spy on his computer and a secret candid camera exposure caused him to make a serious technical mistake and he paid for it by losing access to an online playground which was the epitome of computer dating services in the 21st century.

He was just looking for potential friends to spend some time with on his summer vacation later that year, and his failure to explore deep within the settings of the online browser put him on candid camera and made him a fool for the world to laugh at, and a domestic spy on his computer caused him to make a bad technical mistake and the next time he visited the online playground, his user-code was rejected.

He couldn't handle the persecution and rejection. He morphed out and lost it completely, and the madman inside him went wild.

Episode 25 of the Multivertical Man is a crazy trip across the multiverse, in which Zek Stone, reluctant Multivertical Traveler, finally escapes Aton 5, and reaches a Par Median parallel much closer to his "home-parallel" than he has been in decades.

"It's Impossible! I can't believe it!"
-- some guy from some where

"What is this guy, some kind of dead zombie multivertical traveler or something?"
-- another guy from somewhere out there

"There's just no way! I mean, it's Impossible!"
-- yet another guy from anywhere

"I wanted a real vacation but I got another wild, unexpected tour of the multiverse and more work to worry about, instead." -- Nick Zentor

    A Multivertical Conjunction

A science-fiction writer, stuck at a conjunction between parallel realities, attempts to write his way out, and is joined by a spiritual companion who helps him figure out his problems and do something about it. As a victim of some big lies and bad mistakes, he has been left for the most part completely on his own for the past 30 years. With very little to go on aside from his limited skills with some computer programs, and his intelligence with a secret, mysterious past, he has been doing penance in a private purgatory the whole time. But until recently, he had no idea just how serious his situation had become. Somebody was trying to destroy his work and his meager, pathetic existence, but he didn't know exactly why. This is episode 13 of the Multivertical Man and one of the first to deal with an "X-files" case and a murder mystery.

    The Last Resort
    The Last Resort

A victim of lies published an ebook that exposed his evil step-brother and shortly after that, his step-brother was found dead. A detective went through the list of usual suspects to solve the murder and became immersed within a complex mystery involving some of the most secretive and elusive organizations in the world and some of the most advanced computer technology known to science in the 21st century. "The Last Resort" is the 17th episode of the Multivertical man series, and the 3rd to be published in ebook format. It is also the first episode covered from a "murder mystery" angle and the first to include information about Multiverse Theory and the complexities the series deals with. Some readers might be led to think they are actually working on a case rather than reading a book for entertainment purposes. If the reader wants to make it simpler, they can skip some of the "excerpts" from the "Defense Report" that are included at the beginning of each chapter, but if they do that, they might miss out on some information which helps to know to understand the case. The case itself is a very important part of the Multivertical Man series, so anyone who is interested in the series and Multiverse Theory might want to cover it all. If anyone is left lost and uncertain about the somewhat abrupt conclusion at the end of the story, it might help to check out Episode 18, "Message in a Bottle". All i can say is that this one follows a somewhat well-known, common sci-fi theme. The conclusion is shared in detail within Episode 18. "The Last Resort" is also what might be referred to as a "Message in a Bottle" which was written and tossed into espace with the idea that it might eventually reach the actual people it was intended for and they may be enlightened by it.

Two men with close historical parallels, both victims of lies, are lost within the “shadow Earth” known as Aton 5, working hard to save themselves from a dystopian disaster and a nervous breakdown, while sharing the knowledge they have about Multiverse theory. With the knowledge about Multiverse theory, they both act in different ways to undo the damage done and return to the “home-parallel”, aka Earth. The Korbent Refraction is episode 16 of the Multivertical Man series, in which 2 different lost indisols, Ron Quoren and Ren Tenrut, seek different paths out of the loveless purgatories they have fallen into, within the shadow Earth "Aton 5". While Quoren faces the problem of impending disaster for the Aton 5 parallel, due to an out-of-control imperial war-machine, Tenrut is facing problems with PTSD and poverty that have put him under more pressure than his aging human body and mind can tolerate. Quoren utilizes the knowledge he has accumulated over the years to do what he can to try and prevent a global disaster, while Tenrut makes contact with a mysterious agent who is interested in his ebooks and presents an opportunity to Tenrut that the man cannot ignore. Both men are lost within the shadow Earth "Aton 5" and have endless dreams about the mysterious "home-parallel", where they had been before accidents had them transferred away, a parallel known as "Earth". This is a science-fiction fantasy about a sub-parallel of the Aton 5 parallel, a version of contemporary alternate history for anyone who still believes in silver arrows to take down the beast. To see where this episode goes after the end, along with Tenrut, check out episode 17, "The Last Resort", and another "multivertical mystery".

Detective Ray Ventrune continued to act upon the premise that there may have been a remote human operator behind the actions taken by the Vela Avatar, an AI security program, which caused the death of Jarges Tenrut, and Ren Tenrut shared some information about the Aton 5 parallel that could threaten the home parallel and any of the many subpars across the multiverse. This is episode 18 of the Multivertical Man Series, and a sequel to "The Last Resort".

After working hard for 8 months on 3 different projects, Zek Stone needed to take some time off, but a local stickler for robotic details got in the way and made things unnecessarily complicated. Before he could settle the date in court, something extraordinary occurred in late May which involved a discovery made while working on a project in 2015 and it led him to recall the shadow wars of 2017. After 40 years of exile from his home-parallel, lost within the sub-parallels of the shadow earth Aton 5, he was growing tired of working himself to death, but there were still problems that had to be resolved, and no way to avoid it. Despite the fact that he had delivered a "Defense Report", it became obvious, after another 8 months of fending off domestic spies and defending his rights to a healthy, well-balanced life, that he was still stuck within the shadow earth of Aton 5. He realized the problem was quite complex, and was about to go back to work on it, when something extraordinary occurred and suddenly, he was out under the full moon in the early summer, late at night, chasing a wild-man into another shadow realm. His physician had suggested that he needed a nice vacation, with fresh air, sunlight, and exercise. Well, he got it alright, chasing a genuine mystery, only the moon-light would have to suffice, until he could see the forest for the trees in the light of another day.

After Stone's grand-nephew experienced bad nightmares in an old house, Stone investigated and fell into a deep, dark, parallel shadow realm under a full moon, with a mad-man on the loose. The experience led to a closer look at the sub-parallel and a parallel history that followed a very different path, with old ghosts and deeper shadows than Stone had ever encountered before. It all began with more bad dreams. Zek Stone was fairly busy with one of the biggest projects he had ever worked on, but after the bad dreams wouldn't stop bothering him, he investigated and found himself in another sub-parallel of Aton 5 where things were different. Upon further investigation, he found that his sub-parallel's family history had gone through some drastic changes, after his step-brother was killed in 1994, and the mystery had never been resolved. Even after he managed to resolve the problem with the nephew, Stone found himself still under the influence of the shadows, lost in the sub-parallels of Aton 5, up against the unknown corners of the multiverse. With his knowledge of "Parallel Theory", he navigated through the sub-parallels, trying to get back to the Par Median at Aton 5.785, while dreaming about the home-parallel, and wondering about the mystery of the multiverse.

I Was the Victim of a Teenage Gas-Lighting Gigolo
I Was the Victim of a Teenage Gas-Lighting Gigolo

Zek Stone was severely and unjustly punished, after an accident in late 1982, because of an evil step-brother's lies, and demoted and transferred to the cold, loveless shadow Earth "Aton 5". He was not just a victim of lies, he was a victim of a miscarriage of justice. A somewhat dark satire in which Stone cannot find enough money to pay for his medicine, and morphs out during a full moon. Stone channels his alter-ego Makro as the two of them decide to take an extreme form of "vigilante justice" against his evil step-brother. A psycho-dramatic story of one man's conflict with a madman inside him, which possesses him and talks him into taking revenge upon his evil step-brother. One of the wildest, craziest episodes of the "Multivertical Man" in the series. Warning: Victims of Gas-Lighting Gigolos Do Not Make Good Role-Models for Anyone. Note: Due to the complex adult situations and some nudity, this story has to be classified "Adults Only" (over 18) within the Aton 5 parallel. "A somewhat satirical story about a dream vacation I always wanted to take." -- N.Z.

    Victim of Lies

Zek Stone was unjustly punished for the lies of an evil step-brother, and suffered for over 4 decades in a loveless purgatory below the poverty-line. After 4 decades of hell and purgatory, he finally managed to make a case against his step-brother and took him to court. After Zek Stone decided he could tolerate no more secret subterfuge from his step-brother and the "Porky Pigs", he took him to court on charges of "character defamation" for the lies that were used against him after one fatal day in the summer of 1978. He had to exonerate himself from the lies of the step-brother, and he had to expose the evil step-brother at the same time, and he was risking his life to do so. He knew the step-brother had threatened to kill him if he talked about him, over 4 decades ago, but he had no choice anymore. He was running out of time and had to exonerate himself from the loveless purgatory and escape the shadow Earth of Aton 5. "In Multivertical terms, this episode is a very "close sub-parallel" to the original Aton 5 parallel, where Stone was located in 2017, and Stone is a very close counterpart to the alter ego "Makro" that carried him through so much of it, when the going got really tough. It is also the exact same parallel Earth and counterpart reality that he experienced in episode 23, "I was the Victim of a Teenage Gas-Lighting Gigolo".

I was born in another parallel of Earth just a few years before John Kennedy was assassinated and I was transferred to this parallel after a motorcycle accident in late 1982. After 3 years of homelessness, I was inspired to become a science-fiction writer and committed myself to the task once I had managed to find a job and a place to plug in a typewriter. I worked on the job like a good robot for 10 years while writing science-fiction on my free time. After failing to get any books published due to a low demand (every publisher explained how they were selling less books every year), I decided to get into small-publishing and accessed the local copy-outlet to publish my own books. But I didn't have enough money to print more than a handful at a time, and almost no one was interested in buying any of it.It wasn't until 2004, after I managed to save enough money for a new computer, that I began to make some real progress. I was able to do a much better job with book-making and the quality of my books improved. But still they did not sell, so I simply small-published them at my own website online and offered them for free through the website. The website was up until 2008, when I lost my apartment and spent some time homeless again.Aside from writing science-fiction, I started working with 2d computer graphics and animation in late 2004, and got into 3d computer graphics and animation in 2009, after finding another apartment. I've been working with 3d computer graphics, trying to go somewhere there, but I've had problems paying for the software.I wrote "Fool's Errand: Redemption" as the last book in the Temspace-Variant Series in 2015 and turned it into an ebook in 2017. Because I am also a 3d computer graphics artist, I decided to try my hands at my first ebook cover and produced the cover for "Fool's Errand: Redemption" to go with it.
