Alex Wolfcastle is a Canadian audio engineer, author, and educator. He is best known for his book series "The Reverse Engineer Method", which teaches the principles and techniques of audio mastering in a practical and accessible way. He is also the founder of Mastering.com, an online platform that offers courses, tutorials, and services for audio mastering.Wolfcastle started his career as a musician and producer, working with various artists and genres. He developed a passion for mastering, the final stage of audio production that enhances the quality and consistency of the sound. He studied under some of the most renowned mastering engineers in the industry, such as Bob Katz, Ian Shepherd, and Bob Ludwig.
