About this series
The most sought after the most wanted thing in life –"Happiness".
Why are the majority deluded of happiness ?
Is happiness your nature, choice, your complete being, or the state of your mind?
What makes your life happy, blissful, and absolute? Is It Money, fame, fortune, the power that gives you happiness, or your purpose, passion, relations, and connection? Which is your highest intrinsic value in life?
Why does happiness seem elusive for so many of us? like fog, you can see it from far off, thick, immense, and full of shape. But you cannot seem to find and enjoy it.
While you are busy making other plains, you miss the grandeur and glory of life, the joy, the happiness, the people, places, and relations your loved most are moving away and you miss out so much on life. The beauty, the splendor, the grandeur, the glory of this day, this moment, you all have this slowly vanishing. Remember this day, this hour, this moment that all matters.
It reminds me of John Lennon's immortal lines as he once said "Life is what is happening, while we are busy making other plans."
Do you feel something is missing in life and you feel lonely? Does Loneliness take you toward a creative or darkened state?
Are you the one who tends to ignore your existence, when things seem difficult and all hope is lost.?
Do you miss contentment, tranquillity, peace, and sereneness within you? If so then you are equally missing gratitude, optimism, love, and compassion toward one and all. Is love missing in your life? Which harmonized all creation through which all love and happiness flow.
Do you feel too much attached to the relations, people, things around you and have high expectations from them?
Why do most of us ignore all the small and simple things in life and go after big?
Do you live your life in complex and in the comparison and keep complaining? In happiness what you give away, comes back each day. Are you an active participant in the game of life?
Do you get entangled in a whirlpool of negative thoughts?
Do you feel more often negative, narrow and nasty and seek refuge in easy and soft targets and short-term sadistic pleasures thereby depriving yourself of long-term contentment and happiness?
The fear of loss, anxiety, fear of death, fear of uncertainty, fear of security. The threat of these fears lingering and looming large on our existential sphere.
As Charles Dickens writes "Happiness is a gift and the trick is not to expect it, but to delight in it when it comes"
Learn to live life. Count your blessings and feel grateful. People exist together, you accept them or reject them. Always appreciate the beauty of life and live every day as your last day
As Fyodor Dostoevsky writes these immortal lines "When I look back on my past and think how much time I wasted on nothing, how much time has been lost in futilities, errors, laziness, incapacity to live; how little I appreciated it, how many times I sinned against my heart and soul-then my heart bleeds. Life is a gift, life is happiness, every minute can be an eternity of happiness."
This book takes you all through the marvel of happiness and unfolds new ways of real happiness and fulsome existential joy within and beyond the physical.
