Description
In today's Daily Fix:
Fallout 4's "free" next-gen update dropped last week, but many PlayStation users were left out in the Wasteland when a supposed bug kept it from certain versions of the game. Gamers who downloaded the game via PS Plus were unable to download the update, with Bethesda saying it was a bug. Now the publisher is confirming that players who own the game via the PS Plus Collection will NOT be getting the update, but owners of the game through PS Plus Essentials will get it after they fix that bug. Confused? So were we, but we've got a full breakdown in today's episode. In other news, the Tomb Raider remastered trilogy caught some flack for removing Lara Croft pinup posters from the third game. Now developer Aspyr is putting them back in. And finally, a Mario Kart RC car is being recalled for practically the same issue as Tesla's Cybertruck.

Game Pass Wave 2 Games for April 2024 Announced - IGN Daily Fix: In today's Daily Fix: The second wave of titles coming to Game Pass have been announced, and there's a little bit of something for everyone. The well-reviewed stop-motion adventure game Harold Halibut will be a day one launch title, along with soulslike Another Man's Treasure and JRPG Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes. Sports fans will get EA Sports NHL 24, and strategy nerds will like Orcs Must Die! 3 and the hotly anticipated Manor Lords for PC. In other news, Ubisoft is responding to the negative feedback surrounding the Jabba the Hutt missions in Star Wars Outlaws. Fans are more than a little upset that single-player content that's ready for launch is going to be locked behind a season pass. Ubisoft is claiming that anyone buying the base version of Star Wars Outlaws will get to experience Jabba in all his Hutt glory, but whether or not the extra mission is worth the price of the season pass is yet to be seen.
