Description

Join Amos Vang as he interviews Geoff White on his experiences as a lawyer and a firefighter.
Mental health is everything. As a guest in his personal capacity, Geoff knows very well the struggles of mental health, whether it may be law school or legal practice. Geoff knows the difficulties of fighting literal fires and figurative ones, whether it may be the fires of stress or the fires of life itself. Especially with the COVID-19 pandemic, it is imperative that one takes care of oneself mentally and physically, and that everyone reach out on their own initiative to a person in need, even if they do not know the tribulations that person is in. In this episode, Geoff talks about his journey from law school to legal practice and to firefighting, the skills gained from firefighting, firefighting in a COVID-19-ridden world, and tips for controlling stress in these challenging times.
