Description
In today's episode, Linda, a former Lyme patient, shares her empowering journey from diagnosis through the struggle and treatment. Despite the initial hardships, including fearing its return and dealing with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), empowering lifestyle changes and continued treatment with herbal medicine helped her regain control of her life. She stressed the importance of being our own advocates, continuously learning about Lyme disease, and using natural alternatives like herbs when conventional medicine isn't effective. Towards the end of her recovery, she moved to a stress-free environment, Southern California in the desert, where she started focusing on her mental wellbeing. Today, Linda uses her experience to guide others in their battle against Lyme.
