"My music has been like a little airplane I've been trying to build in my backyard," says chameleonic pop singer and multi-instrumentalist Max Frost. 1.5oz Aperol

2oz Fresh OJ

.5oz Fresh Lime Juice

1tsp Honey

2oz Topo Chico

Orange Peel

Shake mezcal, Aperol, OJ, lime juice, and honey with ice. Strain into stemmed glass and top with chilled topo chico. Garnish with orange peel and enjoy!
