I am so honored as today, for the first time publicly, our guest actress Autumn Reeser shares details about her more spiritual side. We first connected in a channeling session in 2021 and I’m delighted she has chosen this podcast to overcome her trepidation on how her light might be received.

From the moment Autumn saw her first play at 6 years old she has Autumn has love-affair with art, musical expression and exploration of the human character and psyche after .

Autumn’s breakout screen role came as the individualist Taylor Townsend on FOX’s hit teen drama, ‘The OC.’

This launched her into a steady stream of strong female leads on shows like Entourage, No Ordinary Family, Last Resort, and many more.

Over the next decade, she became a mother to two boys and found a home telling love stories on the Hallmark Channel, for which she has become a much-beloved and in-demand star.

In recent years she’s stepped further into her power by executive-producing for the network, as well as co-writing and directing additional projects for stage and screen.

In this episode we share how a spiritual awakening can cause upheaval in one’s human experience and ultimately how choosing your difficult is always an option to accelerate your growth and bring you closer to your heart’s desires.
