Description

 -
Abe Schoener is a minimal intervention winemaker that takes the time to study his craft, and as he learns and evolves in his techniques, so does his wine. Once a philosophy professor, he recently spent some time educating me on the nuances behind both conventional and natural wine making. Formerly in Napa Valley under the esteemed winemaker John Kongsgaard, Abe currently runs the Scholium Project.
