As we’re at the end of the year, I had to chat all things goals just like everyone else in the world right now! But now is a really good time to think about our goals for the year ahead because we’re winding down and thinking forward to where we would like to be this time next December.The reason I wanted to create this particular episode about goals which is making your goals achievable instead of overwhelming is that I have in the past been very good at setting goals which have actually been counterproductive because they feel too much. So I know exactly where I want to be but when I get it down on paper, I chicken out a bit and think it’s too much and then kind of give up along the way.
