It's a perfect opportunity to take some of the strain off the human, and a wide variety of AI-based solutions are developing everything from analyzing scans to setting up appointments and assisting ward rounds. Using AI to 'oil the machine' while respecting and amplifying human expertise is an exciting prospect, and seemingly an ideal case study for the current capabilities of AI.
