Since 2014, he has been an integral part of the "Depression Era" collective, which captures the essence of Greece's urban and social landscapes amidst economic turmoil. His first monograph, "Paradise Inn," has captivated audiences and sold out, thanks to its insightful critique of tourism's impact on natural and cultural environments. Tsagkarakis's work, which has been featured in prestigious festivals and media outlets worldwide, seeks to challenge and expand our understanding of contemporary life and its intersections with migration, identity, and absurdity.
