Dr. Danae Dinkel joins Emily to talk about promoting physical activity in early childhood. We cover the importance of movement, and the benefits it has for children in the long term. Dr. Dinkel discusses barriers that prevent us from moving and how we can overcome them by suggesting simple and fun tips to get us moving.
