Shaykh JJ Muhammad Shakur has a phenomenal story. Born and raised in the city of Toronto, Canada, he grew up hustling in the streets trying to make quick money. After a near-death experience in the streets, he had a striking encounter with an elder that saw him embrace Islam in 1998.
