Sometimes making a major change in your life means slow & steady work.

Sure, it's not as sexy and dramatic as quitting your job the next day and having overnight success, but the biggest contributing factor to being able to show up in your highest and best self is feeling safe- in whatever way that means for you.

For Emmy Kissinger, taking the leap into her dream life of being a stay at home mom & entrepreneur meant 4 years of consistent action. Waking up at 4 am with her newborn in her lap and doing the work before the work. Kind of like an appetizer before the meal but something tells me 4am work is probbbably not as fun as a bloomin' onion. (i haven't had that in like a decade- no idea where that came from. I will probably have a fierce craving for it now.)

Emmy Kissinger is a wife and mom of 3 from Iowa. She is also the owner and founder of Connect Well Social a social media micro-agency on a mission to help businesses cultivate the power of meaningful connections using social media.
