Welcome back to season 3 girlies!! We are so happy to be back! We have a new format this season, and you’ll be getting two episodes a week. “Just Us Girls” will be a solo episode from me each week, and “Your Q, Our A” will be the second episode of each week where Sam and I answer your questions and dilemmas and everything in between! 

Today I talk to you about my previous rock bottoms. It’s a dark place to be and a hard place to escape, but it always brings us our peak!! Life can’t be rainbows and butterflies all the time.  Rock bottom comes to teach us, change us and shape us, and we have to find the positives in the lows!
