Jonathan Michael Monson may seem like he's come out of nowhere, but the truth is he worked hard to grow his business. After a nagging back injury Jonathan had to start scaling his business adding help to get jobs done. With adding help meant he needed more jobs to cover an employee. So, he dove back into his old marketing habits from when he was a GM for a tire chain. Placing the right ads on social media, Jonathan saw new way to market his business. Making "How to" videos and showing what exactly they did in the shop his social media has grown exponentially, and has even added some extra income to the bottom line. Jonathan is a giving person at heart and what he does with that money is give back to the community. For the last few years Jonathan has raised large sums of donations for the local food banks in his town. He even goes so far as to dress up like Santa Claus to help at the food banks.
