With so much toxicity in our industry I decided to talk about the benefits of building people up vs. tearing them down. How do our words and actions shape the environment around us and how negativity breeds negativity. We should all be supporting each other since we're all in the same boat, but yet we seem to always be firing the cannons at each other. So think about the things you say or how you actions can affect someone before the next time you act out towards your fellow peer.
