Description
Today I'm going to be speaking with an individual that I haven't crossed paths with since the fall of 2002, when we were both at the Colorado Avalanche's training camp. He and his roommate at the time, Dan Hinote let me stay with them a couple weeks before camp started, so I could get a little acclimated to the high altitude of the "Mile High" city. I'm sure we'll get to that shortly.
Our guest today is none other than Brad Larsen, a distinguished figure in the hockey world. Hailing from Nakusp, British Columbia, Larsen's journey in the sport has been nothing short of remarkable. With a playing career that spanned over a decade in the NHL, his on-ice prowess and leadership left an indelible mark.
But Brad Larsen's story doesn't end there. Transitioning seamlessly from player to coach, he has proven his mettle behind the bench. A master strategist and motivator, Larsen's coaching journey has seen him climb the ranks, having recently held the post of NHL Head Coach for the Columbus BlueJackets.
We'll start at the beginning, work our way through his hockey life, to where he is today. So grab a coffee and settle into your favorite easy chair as we dive into another incredible hockey journey. Thanks for stopping by and have a wonderfully productive day!!
