Today on Sense of Soul we share our inspiring conversation with Courtney Jones aka the  self-confessed ‘undercover’ intuitive. Her passion for Organizational Management, Positive Psychology and Energy Medicine has led her to a unique approach to leadership.

She is the creator of The Ascension Leadership Model (ALM) and founder of the Leadership Ascension Academy.
The ALM is a unique integrative approach combining deliberative decision making and intuition for key decision makers and corporate leaders. She is also the author of The Leader Within: 7 Steps to Ascension Leadership and Intuition in Business, a book that helps guide you though her amazing ALM model.
Throughout the years, Courtney’s interest in behavioural psychology led to her ongoing studies in body language, intuition, energy exchange and relationship dynamics. She began exploring how underlying attitudes affect cohesiveness and ultimately project outcomes in business and personal relationships. Her exploration sparked a passion for applying energy medicine and its practical implications into business and leadership.
Alongside her private leadership coaching practice, Courtney continues to work with government and not-for-profit (NFP) organisations on strategic projects.
Courtney brings her unique intuitive leadership style to her coaching clients today through her Ascension Leadership Model. This provides a fresh perspective and essential outcomes to leadership and business in the modern world.
